RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Mavericks gymnastics recreational program is a fun achievement focused program.
Based on safe, proven logical progressions.

A little about our classes: 

​

  • Pre-school ages 3-4 is a strict 1:4 coach to gymnast ratio.

  •  Beginner II+ is a strict 1:8 coach to gymnast ratio.

  • No long term contracts or seasonal classes: we only require a 30 day notice.

  • Can earn up to 2 makeup tokens per month for missed classes.

  • Low annual registration fee that is per family and not per child.

  • Multi-sibling/multi class/military discounts.

  • We have an app for easy account management.

  • Frequent student skill evaluations to ensure they are progressing.

FOUNDATION LEVELS

Pre-school age 3-4

This level is our foundations level designed for preschool age.

5 yrs +

This is an exciting level where the young gymnast begin to work on the preparatory skills for competitive gymnastics.  No prior gymnastics skills needed.  This is an introductory to gymnastics for all 4 events.

III

5 yrs +

Strength and conditioning in this level are very important. The level increases as they prepare for more advanced skills. 2 classes per week are recommended for this class.

Intermediate

I

6 YRS +

This level focus on perfecting fundamental movement patterns used for advanced gymnastics. 2 classes per week are recommended for this class.  Upper body and core strength are very important for this level.

Introduction to level 1 Junior Olympic Compulsory routine skills. 2 classes per week are highly recommended for this level.
